PRIMARY SCHOOL CALENDAR · 2026–27

Kuwait school calendar 2026-27 (primary schools)

Dates checked against official sources on 24 September 2026.

Ministry of Education educational calendar (general, religious and special education, including Arabic-curriculum private schools)

Applies to: All public primary schools and Arabic-curriculum private primary schools ("التعليم الخاص") that follow the Ministry of Education's academic calendar, as well as religious-education and special-education primary programmes. It does NOT apply to private schools following a foreign curriculum (e.g. American, British, Indian) — these are licensed by the Ministry's private/foreign-curricula education department and set their own calendars, which are approved individually rather than published as one national document.
