More than 800 students: on quote. Price per school, excluding VAT (20% on top), billed annually. Nothing to pay for parents. You pay nothing before September 2027.

What's the catch?
There isn't one: BeeNet is free until 31 August 2027, with no card. In return we ask for your feedback to improve the product. If BeeNet isn't right for you, you withdraw at no cost with a written notice before that date.
What happens after 31 August 2027?
Your school moves to the founding price for its size, set today in your letter of intent and locked for 3 years. Nothing is charged automatically: we send you an annual invoice.
We already use WhatsApp. Why change?
WhatsApp stays the invitation channel. Announcements, absences and meetings go through BeeNet: a searchable record, messages targeted by class, and teachers' personal numbers stop circulating.
Does BeeNet replace our school management software?
No. BeeNet handles neither tuition fees nor report cards, and does not replace Massar. It focuses on school-family communication, alongside your current tools.
How long does it take to get started?
We reply within 24 business hours. We then set up your school's space, import your classes and students from an Excel file, and train your team in person or by video call.
Do parents have to pay or install anything?
Parents pay nothing. They get the school's invitation on WhatsApp and install the free BeeNet Connect app, available on Android and iPhone.
Where is student data hosted?
On Microsoft Azure, in data centres in the European Union. The CNDP declaration remains the school's responsibility: we give you a description of the processing, the list of sub-processors and the hosting location.

Click "Have a promo code?" in the form. A valid code gives you 20% off your founding price for all 3 years; the discount is written into your letter of intent.
